Kevin Hanchard, who plays Superintendent Joe Donovan on Hudson & Rex talks about the CORE, THe HEART, the basic ESSENCE that makes Hudson & Rex continue on after all these years.
Changes have been made to the show, but in Kevin's mind, in order to keep the show fresh there are B stories and A stories. Obviously the A stories are the murders and mysteries but you need the B stories to keep people invested in the growth of the characters.
